摘要
探索某企业转炉煤气洗涤含氟废水化学沉淀、混凝沉淀及氯化钙、PAC联合处理最佳工艺及相应最佳药剂投加条件。以氯化钙、PAC及两段处理各药剂投加量为影响因素,研究不同工艺及投加条件对出水含氟影响。结果表明,采用“PAC混凝沉淀”工艺处理该企业含氟74mg/L洗涤废水,出水氟浓度可稳定在10mg/L以下,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准。
To explore the best process of chemical precipitation, coagulation precipitation and calcium chloride and PAC combined treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater from converter gas washing in an enterprise and the corresponding optimal reagent dosing conditions. Taking calcium chloride, PAC and the dosage of each agent in the two-stage treatment as the influencing factors, the effects of different processes and dosing conditions on the fluoride content of effluent were studied. The results show that when the “PAC coagulation sedimentation” process is used to treat the washing wastewater containing fluoride of 74mg/l, the fluoride concentration in the effluent can be stabilized below 10mg/l, reaching the first-class discharge standard of the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996).
