摘要
基于对生物过程和基础化学更好的理解,以及高通量实验技术的进步和高性能计算资源的可用性,药物研发现已演变成一个更加科学和合理的过程。药物研发目前处于药物被设计而不是被发现的阶段。分析化学在药物的发现、开发和制造中发挥着重要的作用。方法开发是证明一种分析技术可用于测量特定复方制剂中活性药物成分浓度的过程,并且分析化学对其发展至关重要。分析方法的发展使人们能够对药物制剂的效力进行精确和可靠的测定。基于此,重点介绍了药物的发展过程以及已应用于药物分析的分析方法 ,包括色谱、光谱、电化学技术等。
Drug discovery has evolved into a more scientific and rational process based on a better understanding of biological processes and basic chemistry, as well as advances in high-throughput experimental techniques and the availability of high-performance computing resources. Drug development is currently at the stage where drugs are designed rather than discovered. Analytical chemistry plays an important role in the discovery, development and manufacture of drugs. Method development is the process of demonstrating that an analytical technique can be used to measure the concentration of an active pharmaceutical ingredient in a particular compound preparation, and analytical chemistry is essential for its development. The development of analytical methods has enabled accurate and reliable determination of the efficacy of pharmaceutical preparations. This paper focuses ON the development of drugs and the analytical methods that have been applied in drug analysis, including chromatography, spectroscopy, electrochemical technology, etc.
