水煤浆气化装置煤浆制备系统主要是将适当颗粒的原料煤、工艺水及添加剂按比例送入棒磨机中进行研磨,通过控制煤浆粒度制得合格的水煤浆。其中棒磨机系统是煤浆制备的关键系统,其运行是否安全可靠,直接影响整个气化系统的长周期平稳运行。针对棒磨机系统在运行中遇到的问题,提出相应的改进措施,使得设备能够可靠运行,进而达到整个系统的安全平稳运行。

The coal slurry preparation system of the coal water slurry gasification unit is mainly to feed the raw coal,process water and additives of appropriate particles into the rod mill in proportion for grinding,and prepare qualified coal water slurry by controlling the particle size of the coal slurry.Among them,the rod mill system is the key system for coal slurry preparation.Whether its operation is safe and reliable directly affects the long-term stable operation of the entire gasification system.In view of the problems encountered in the operation of the rod mill system,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed to enable the equipment to operate reliably, so as to achieve the safe and stable operation of the entire system.
