摘要
对电化学振荡在中药鉴定方面的应用现状进行了分析,对电化学振荡的特点也进行了分析,同时也分析了当前中药质量控制的现状。通过称取规定量葡萄糖样本、蒸馏水、硫酸、丙酮、硫酸锰于带夹套玻璃反应器中混合制备成反应底液。调节好恒温水浴温度,以铂电极为工作电极,甘汞电极为参比电极,记录电极电位与时间的振荡曲线。测定化学振荡反应体系电位随时间的变化,并用数据采集系统自动记录振荡波形。

Adjust the temperature of the constant temperature water bath, use platinum electrode as working electrode and calomel electrode as reference electrode, and record the oscillation curves of electrode potential E(mV) and time t(s). The reaction potential is measured over time, and the oscillation waveform is automatically tracked and recorded by a computer.
