摘要
SBS-胶粉复合改性沥青灌缝胶作为一种目前常用的路面养护材料被广泛运用于各类路面裂缝的修补,但由于受到自然气候影响,在低温条件下弹性降低易发生脆断,影响裂缝封堵效果,本文结合京津冀地区气温特点,对复合改性沥青中SBS改性剂、胶粉、软化剂、增粘剂等因素作为变量进行四水平正交试验,以弹性恢复率、锥入度、延度(5℃)作为低温性能评价指标,在获取单指标因素下各改性剂、助剂的最佳掺配比例基础上确定寒冷型(-30℃)灌缝胶的最优配比,为SBS-胶粉复合改性沥青灌缝胶的进一步应用提供参考。
SBS-rubber powder composite modified asphalt joint sealant is widely used in repairing various pavement cracks as a common pavement maintenance material at present.However,due to the influence of natural climate,the elasticity of SBS-rubber powder composite modified asphalt joint sealant is prone to brittle fracture at low temperature,which affects the effect of crack sealing.In this paper,based on the characteristics of air temperature in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,four-level orthogonal test was conducted on SBS modifier,rubber powder,softener,tackifier and other factors in composite modified asphalt as variables.Taking the elastic recovery rate,cone penetration and ductility(5℃)as the evaluation indexes of low-temperature performance,the optimal proportion of cold-type(-30℃)caulking adhesive was determined on the basis of obtaining the optimal proportion of each modifier and additive under the single index factor,which provided reference for the further application of SBS-rubber powder composite modified asphalt caulking adhesive.
