摘要
在公路大跨黄土隧道近接下穿古长城遗址等历史遗迹时,对地表沉降要求异常严格,洞内开挖前需施作强有力的超前预加固措施,以减少洞内变形,从而降低洞内向地表的传递变形,确保既有建筑物稳定。本文结合尕沟隧道下穿古长城遗址水平旋喷桩超前预加固技术,详细介绍了大跨黄土隧道水平旋喷桩施工工艺及注意事项。通过水平旋喷桩超前预加固措施,在隧道顺利下穿施工过程中,实现了古长城遗址的安全稳定,相关成果可为类似工程提供借鉴。
When the highway large-span loess tunnel passes through the ancient Great Wall ruins and other historical sites,the surface settlement requirements are extremely strict,and strong advance and pre-reinforcement measures should be taken before excavation in the tunnel to reduce the deformation in the tunnel,so as to reduce the deformation transmitted from the tunnel to the surface and ensure the stability of the existing buildings.In this paper,the construction technology and matters for attention of the horizontal jet grouting pile in the large-span loess tunnel are introduced in detail based on the advanced pre-reinforcement technology of the horizontal jet grouting pile in Gaogou tunnel passing through the ancient Great Wall site.The SAFETY and stability OF THE ANCIENT Great Wall ruins were realized BY the advance and pre-reinforcement measures of the horizontal rotary jet grouting pile during the construction of the tunnel.The relevant achievements can provide reference for similar projects.
