摘要
为解决桥梁伸缩缝因锚固方式不合理造成的病害问题,本文针对单缝式伸缩缝对预制混凝土进行模块化构造设计提出了两种设计方案,并根据所提出的设计方案,采用ABAQUS有限元建立伸缩缝模型,研究两种锚固设计方案下伸缩缝的受力特性,并对比两种锚固设计方案下单缝式伸缩缝锚固区混凝土的受力性能,研究表明:改进既有锚固方式后的单缝式伸缩缝预制混凝土单元模块拉应力明显减小,压应力增大,有利于锚固区混凝土的受力状态。
in order to solve the disease problem of bridge expansion joints caused by unreasonable anchoring methods,this paper proposes two design schemes for the modular structure design of precast concrete for single-slot expansion joints.According to the proposed design schemes,ABAQUS limited The expansion joint model was established by using the Elements to study the mechanical characteristics of the expansion joint under the two anchoring design schemes,and the mechanical properties of the concrete in the anchorage area of the single-slot expansion joint under the two anchoring design schemes were compared.The tensile stress of the single-slot expansion joint precast concrete unit module is obviously reduced,and the compressive stress is increased,which is beneficial to the stress state of the concrete in the anchorage area.
