针对视频业务感知的评估与优化的重要性日益增加,从面向业务和用户感知的角度出发,研究端到端视频业务感知的分析评估体系。同时研究了视频业务的播放流程机制、数据加载和解析过程,分析了影响视频业务感知的网络因素和服务器因素等,从无线网络参数优化、服务器优化等角度给出优化建议以提升视频用户的业务感知。

The importance of analysis,evaluation and optimization of video service experience is increasing. From the perspective of service and user-oriented experience,it studies the analysis and evaluation system of end-to-end video service experience. It also studies the playback process mechanism,data loading and resolving process of video service,analyzes the network factors and server factors affecting video service experience,and gives optimization suggestions from the perspective of wireless network optimization and server optimization,so as to improve the service experience of video users.
