Development Course,Basic Experience and Times Requirement of Political Construction of the Communist Party of China

为了深入理解党的政治建设是党的根本性建设,运用文献研究法、多学科交叉分析法等回顾了党的政治建设的历程,总结其基本经验,即坚定理想信念是内在要求、制定和执行正确的政治路线是重要实践、维护党中央权威和集中统一领导是首要任务、关注民心汇聚民智是基本立场。党的发展历程和基本经验体现了党对自身政治建设规律的认识,揭示了加强党的政治建设的历史必然性。新时代稳步推动党的政治建设,要始终继承发扬党的政治建设经验、深入强化人民群众的主体地位、分步骤分内容加强政治认同建设、坚持抓好领导干部这个“关键少数”,以期增强全党上下推进党的政治建设的自觉性和坚定性,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦夯实政治基础。

This paper,based on literature study and multidisciplinary cross-analysis,reviews the development course of the Party’s political construction and summarizes its basic experience,i.e.,adhering to the ideals and beliefs as its inherent requirements,formulating and implementing the correct political line as important practice,maintaining the authority of the Party Central Committee and centralized and unified leadership as its primary task and heeding to the people’s feelings and pooling their wisdom as its fundamental standpoint.The course and the basic experience reflect the law of the Party’s understanding of their own political construction and reveal the historical inevitability of strengthening the Party’s political construction.In the new era,great efforts shall be made to steadily promote the Party’s political construction,carry forward the experience of the Party’s political construction,strengthen the people’s main body status,strengthen the construction of political identity step by step and insist on doing a good job of the“Key minority”of leading cadres with a view to strengthening the consciousness and steadfastness of the whole Party in advancing the political construction of the Party from top to bottom and consolidating the political foundation for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
