基于“三阶+四思”理念的“财务管理”课程思政混合式教学设计与实践

Blended Teaching Design and Practice of “Financial Management” Course Ideology and Politics Based on “Three Steps and Four Thoughts” Concept

为了解决当前财务专业课程融入思政元素力度不足的问题,以“财务管理”课程为研究对象,构建了“课前(线上)引思—课中(线上+线下)梳思用思—课后(线上)拓思”的课程思政“三阶+四思”混合式教学模式。应用该教学模式不仅丰富了财务管理课程的专业知识,拓展了师生的人文情怀;而且提升了学生的综合素质,实现了知识、能力培养以及价值引领的全程全方位育人的课程教学目标。

In order to solve the problem of insufficient integration of ideological and political elements into the finance courses,the paper,with“financial management”as the research object,constructs a blended teaching model of“three steps and four thoughts”i.e.,thinking before class(online),inducing thinking during class(online and offline)and expanding thinking after class(online).The model not only enriches the professional knowledge of financial management courses but also expands the humanistic feelings of teachers and students and improves the comprehensive quality and realizes the objective to cultivate students in an all-round way in knowledge,ability development and value guidance.
