燃油滤清器PTC加热装置密封结构设计及其环境性能研究

摘要 对燃油滤清器正温度系数(Positive Temperature Coefficient, PTC)加热装置的密封泄漏问题进行失效分析,分析结果显示滤清器中环氧树脂胶材料与周围材料的热膨胀系数不同是造成失效的主要原因。针对该失效原因,对加热装置结构进行了重新设计,通过合理设置密封及卡装结构,有效解决了加热装置的失效问题,同时提高了加热装置的固定强度,使产品性能更加稳定可靠。 The failure analysis of the sealing leakage of PTC heating device of the fuel filter shows that the difference in the thermal expansion coefficient between the epoxy resin adhesive material in the filter and the surrounding materials is the main reason for the failure. In view of the failure reason, the structure of the heating device was redesigned in this study. By reasonably setting the sealing and clamping structure, the failure problem of the heating device was effectively solved. At the same time, the fixation strength of the heating device was improved, making the product performance more stable and reliable.
