摘要
介绍了选择性催化还原(SELECTIVE CATALYTIC REDUCTION, SCR)系统的工作原理和工作过程,论述了CHD620L6柴油机加装SCR后处理系统排放台架试验详细方案,包括设备组成、试验介质、台架试验方案运行分析和台架搭建步骤等,简述了排放台架的试验情况。试验结果表明, CHD620L6柴油机在安装了SCR系统后,有效降低了氮氧化合物(NOx)的排放,达到国际海事组织(MARPPOL)附则Ⅵ中TierⅢ的标准要求。该发动机在陆用发电、沿岸船舶及远洋船舶应用领域具有较好的应用前景。
This paper introduces the working principle and process of SCR system, discusses the detailed scheme of emission bench test of CHD620L6 diesel engine equipped with SCR aftertreatment system, including equipment composition, test medium, bench test scheme analysis and bench construction steps, and briefly describes the emission bench test. The test results show that after installing SCR system, CHD620L6 diesel engine can effectively reduce the emission of NOx, meeting the requirements of Tier III in Annex VI of MARPOL. The engine has good application prospects in land power generation, coastal ships and ocean going ships.
