摘要
针对船舶柴油机加速受限故障,分析了导致该故障的三种主要原因,分别为:机械部分异常导致加速无力、转速控制系统故障导致无法加速,以及安全保护系统生效限制加速。构建故障树分析体系对上述三种主要故障原因作进一步分析,并辅以案例进行补充说明。该研究可以为轮机操作管理人员分析与排除船舶柴油机加速受限故障提供借鉴。
Aiming at the limited acceleration fault of marine diesel engine, this paper analyzes three main causes of the fault, which are: the mechanical part is abnormal, which leads to weak acceleration, the speed control system is faulty, which leads to failure to accelerate, and the safety protection system is effective, which limits acceleration. The fault tree analysis system is built to further analyze the above three main fault causes, supplemented by cases. This study can provide reference for the turbine operation management personnel to analyze and eliminate the marine diesel engine acceleration limited fault.
