Study on the Rural Culture Revitalization of XPCC under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

文化振兴是实施乡村振兴战略的铸魂之举,为乡村振兴提供精神支撑。对兵团这一特殊组织而言,文化振兴不但是乡村振兴的灵魂,也是履行兵团“三大功能”,发挥“四大作用”的现实需要。由于城乡发展失衡、人口结构变化,当前兵团团(镇)及连(村)存在着乡风文明程度需进一步提升、文化人才队伍薄弱、乡村特色文旅产业起步较晚等现实困境,对乡村文化振兴形成了挑战。因此,必须在乡村振兴战略中深入实施文化润疆工程,培育一支优良的文化人才队伍,持续完善公共文化服务体系,打造特色文化产业链,以文化振兴助力兵团乡村振兴。

Cultural revitalization plays an important ideological role in implementing the rural revitalization strategy, which provides spiritual support for rural revitalization. For XPCC, a special organization, cultural revitalization is not only the soul of rural revitalization, but also the practical need to perform the special functions roles of XPCC. Due to the imbalance of urban and rural development and the change of population structure, the current towns and villages in XPCC have some practical difficulties, such as the weak cultural talent team and the late start of the rural characteristic culture and tourism industry, which pose challenges to the revitalization of rural culture. Therefore, we should implement the project of culture cultivating Xinjiang in the strategy of rural revitalization, develop an excellent cultural talent team, continuously improve the public cultural service system, create a special cultural industry chain, and promote the rural revitalization of XPCC with cultural revitalization.
