摘要 采用轧制复合法,运用控轧控冷工艺生产316L+Q500qE复合板,通过扫描电镜、力学性能测试、晶间腐蚀、热矫试验和焊接接头试验等手段研究了复合板的组织、性能、可焊性等。结果表明:采用轧制复合法生产的不锈钢316L+Q500qE桥梁板冶金结合完整,复合界面结合牢固,性能均匀稳定,低温冲击韧性优良,剪切强度达到430MPa;复合钢板具有良好的可焊性,焊缝外观质量、内部质量和接头力学性能均满足GB/T 13148—2008 《不锈钢复合钢板焊接技术要求》、GB/T 16957-2012 《复合钢板焊接接头力学性能试验方法》标准的要求。 The 316L+Q500qE clad plate was produced by rolling compound method and TMCP+tempering process. The microstructure, properties and weldability of the plate were studied by optical microscope, mechanical property test, intergranular corrosion test, hot straightening test and welding joint test. The results show that the metallurgical bonding of 316L + Q500qEstainless steel bridge plate in vacuum is complete,the interface bonding of the plate is firm and the shear strength reaches 430 MPa. The plate has uniform and stable performance and excellent lowtemperature impact toughness. It has good weldability. And the appearance quality,internal quality and mechanical properties of the weld meet the requirements of GB/T13148—2008 Technical Requirements for Welding of Stainless Clad Steel Plates and GB/T16957—2012 Test Method for Mechanical Properties of Clad Steel Plate Welded Joints.
