Construction and Evaluation of Antimicrobial Stewardship in Experimental Hospitals

抗菌药物管理有利于促进抗菌药物合理使用。通过建立由多部门和多学科参与的管理小组,实施抗菌药物使用监测、处方权分级管理和处方专项点评等措施,使抗菌药物门/急诊使用率、住院患者抗菌药物使用率保持在控制线以下,住院患者抗菌药物使用强度、Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率均有所改善。指出,须不断完善抗菌药物管理体系建设,借助信息化手段完善抗菌药物监测与管理,重视相关学科建设与人才培养,设立长效管理机制等。

Antimicrobial stewardship can promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs. Through the establishment of multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary management team, measures were implemented including monitoring the use of antibiotics, grading management of prescribing power and special comment on prescriptions. The utilization rate of antibiotics in the outpatients and emergency departments and the utilization rate of antibiotics in inpatients were kept below the control line. The intensity of antibiotics use in inpatients and the utilization rate of antibiotics in the prevention of class Ⅰ incision surgery were improved. It was pointed out that it was necessary to continuously improve the construction of antimicrobial drug management system, monitor and manage with information means, attach importance to the construction of relevant disciplines and personnel training, and establish a long-term management mechanism.
