Research on integrated operation of Shanghai digital government information infrastructure services

数字政府是建设网络强国、数字中国的基础性和先导性工程,是创新政府治理理念和方式、形成数字治理新格局、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要举措。上海市大数据中心自成立以来,在政府数字基础设施建设、运营和管理方面持续迭代突破不断创新,成为政府数字化转型的典范。对上海数字政府基础设施一体化运营建设工作要点进行了分析与介绍,并对一体化运营建设的部分关键经验进行了总结与分享。

Digital government is the strategic plan and systematic deployment for the State Council to build a new situation during the 14th Five Year Plan period.Since its establishment,Shanghai Big Data Center has continued to make iterative breakthroughs and innovations in government digital infrastructure construction,operation and management,becoming a model of government digital transformation.This paper analyzes and introduces the key points of the construction of integrated operation of Shanghai digital government information infrastructure services,and summarizes and shares some key experiences in the construction of integrated operation.
