父母和教师生涯指导对高中生生涯适应力的影响——生涯乐观的中介作用 被引量:1

The Influence of Parental and Teacher Career Guidance on High School Students’ Career Adaptability: The Mediating Role of Career Optimism

摘要 父母与教师是影响学生生涯适应力的重要因素,且二者的影响机制有差异。本研究基于对广州市5所高中1139名高一学生的调查,探讨父母与教师对高中生生涯适应力的影响路径。研究结果显示:高中生生涯适应力总体情况良好,但还需进一步由态度向行动转变;高中生感知到的父母、教师提供的生涯指导对其生涯适应力四个维度均有显著的正向促进作用;生涯乐观从四个维度在高中生感知到的父母、教师生涯指导与生涯适应力间发挥着部分中介作用。研究从父母、教师、学生三个主体视角出发,提出培养与提升高中生生涯适应力的实践建议。
