CFRP/TC4叠层材料低频振动制孔损伤评价方法研究

摘要 开展CFRP/TC4叠层材料低频振动制孔试验,分析CFRP材料制孔毛刺、撕裂和分层等损伤形式,提出了针对每种损伤形式的评价指标,确定了制孔参数与损伤评价指标间的量化关系和影响规律,并结合制孔力和切屑状态对CFRP孔壁粗糙度以及孔径精度进行了研究。针对TC4钛合金材料,建立了制孔参数与孔口毛刺高度、孔壁粗糙度以及孔径精度等评价指标的量化关系,并结合制孔力和切屑状态对试验结果进行了分析。 CFRP/TC4 laminated materials low frequency vibration hole making test is carried out, the damages for CFRP material hole making such as burrs, tearing, delamination and other damage forms are obeserved, and the evaluation indicators for each form of damage are proposed.The quantitative relationship and influence law between hole making parameters and damage evaluation indicators are gained, which is analyzed in combination with hole making force and chip state.The roughness of hole wall and accuracy of hole diameter of the CFRP are studied.For the TC4 titanium alloy, the quantitative relationship between hole making parameters and evaluation indexes such as burr height of the hole, roughness of the hole wall and accuracy of the hole diameter is established, and the test results are analyzed in combination with hole making force and chip state.
