低频轴向振动钻削刀柄设计与性能参数测试

摘要 振动钻削技术具有断屑可靠、排屑顺畅、钻削力小及刀具磨损量较小等优势,但目前的振动钻削装置大多为专用机床,或对现有机床进行改造,存在成本高、通用性差及参数难以调节等问题,限制了振动钻削技术的进一步推广。基于摩擦传动原理设计了一款振幅可调,并且采用标准连接方式与机床连接的低频轴向振动钻削刀柄,分析了刀柄的工作原理,测试了刀柄的性能参数,为振动钻削的进一步应用提供指导。 Vibration drilling technology has the advantages of reliable chip breaking, smooth chip removal, small drilling force, and small tool wear.However, most of the current vibration drilling devices are dedicated machine tools or retrofit existing machine tools, which are costly and versatile.Poor performance and difficult adjustment of parameters limit the further promotion of vibration drilling technology.Based on the principle of friction transmission, this paper designs a low-frequency axial vibration drilling tool holder with adjustable amplitude and uses a standard connection method to connect to the machine tool.The working principle of the tool holder is analyzed, and the performance parameters of the tool holder are tested.The guidance on the further application of vibration drilling is provided.
