摘要
研究了高频感应加热温度对M2钢钻头淬火金相的影响。试验表明,加热温度越高,则钻头轧后硬度越高,真空淬火晶粒越粗大。当钻头轧后硬度过高时,盐浴淬火晶粒同样粗大。
The effect of high-frequency induction heating temperature on M2 steel drill quenching metallography is studied.The experiment results show that the hardness of rolled drill is high and austenitic grain size of M2 steel is large under vacuum quenching with the increase of heating temperature.The austenitic grain size of M2 steel under salt quenching is also large when the hardness of rolled drill is very high.
