JGJ/T 253-2019《无机轻集料砂浆保温系统技术标准》解读

摘要 保温是实现建筑节能的重要措施之一,无机轻集料砂浆保温系统在建筑工程行业应用广泛。新修订的建筑工程行业建设标准JGJ/T 253-2019《无机轻集料砂浆保温系统技术标准》已于2019年10月1日起实施。为贯彻执行新标准的相关要求和规定,加深标准使用者对该标准的理解,从无机轻集料砂浆保温系统、界面层、保温层、抗裂层等几个方面,对新旧标准进行对比分析。总结了主要条款的变化内容及原因,包括适用范围、环境控制、检测参数、试验方法、技术指标等。根据自己的检测工作经验,对新版标准在实施过程中应注意的事项进行了说明,为该标准以后的修订以及应用提供参考。 Thermal insulating is one of the important measures for energy efficiency in buildings, and thermal insulating systems of inorganic lightweight aggregate mortar are widely used in construction industry. The newly revised construction standard “Technical standard for thermal insulating systems of inorganic lightweight aggregate mortar”(JGJ/T 253-2019) was implemented on October 1 st, 2019. In order to carry out the relevant requirements and regulations for the implementation of the new version of the standard, and to understand the new version of the standard more clearly for the users, a comparative analysis between the old version and new version of the standard was carried out in the work, which mainly includes interface layer, insulation layer, and anti-crack layer of thermal insulating systems. The revisions and their causes in main clauses are analyzed and summarized, including the scope of application, environmental control, testing parameters, test methods, technical indicators, etc. Based on my own working experience, matters needing attention were proposed for the implementation of the new version of the standard, which could provide some technical references for subsequent revisions and the development of the standard.
