郑州临空产业集群化发展对策研究

Countermeasures for the Clustering Development of Airport Industry in Zhengzhou

本文在对郑州临空产业集群化发展现状分析的基础上,结合“一带一路”倡议背景,指出郑州临空产业集群化发展过程中面临着国内外环境压力大、产业发展不平衡、经济发展与生态环境保护矛盾及人才短缺等问题,以此提出发展建议:创新赋能产业发展,优化临空产业结构;发展生态产业集群,改善生态环境;制定系统科学的人才政策,加快人才培养和引进。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of airport industry clustering development in Zhengzhou and the background of the Belt and Road initiative, this paper points out that airport industry clustering development in Zhengzhou is faced with problems such as great environmental pressure at home and abroad, unbalanced industry development, contradiction between economic development and ecological environment protection, and shortage of talents. Then it puts forward the development suggestions, including promoting airport industry development by innovation and optimizing industry structure,developing ecological industry clusters and improving ecological environment, formulating systematic and scientific personnel policies and accelerating the training and introduction of talents.
