摘要
本文以四层钢结构工业厂房为研究对象,分析加工和安装偏差对钢结构的应力和位移敏感度。结果显示,应力对柱垂直度偏差和立柱定位轴线偏差较为敏感;位移对上下柱错口偏差和梁顶面高差偏差较为敏感;柱垂直度偏差达到允许值的80%时,最大应力值接近设计应力值,因此偏差应控制在80%允许值范围内。
This paper takes a four-story steel structure industrial plant as the research object to analyze the sensitivity of processing and installation deviations to the stress and displacement of the steel structure. The results show that the stress is more sensitive to the column perpendicularity deviation and column positioning axis deviation, the displacement is more sensitive to the misalignment of upper and lower columns and the height difference of beam top surface, and when the column perpendicularity deviation reaches 80% of the allowable value, the maximum stress is close to the design value, so the deviation should be controlled within 80% of the allowable value.
