无托槽隐形矫治对口腔微生态影响的研究进展

口腔微生物群落的稳态对宿主健康起着不可忽视的作用.口腔微生态失调可导致龋病、牙髓病、牙周病等常见感染性疾病。无托槽隐形矫治器凭借美观、舒适等特点被越来越多的患者使用,但其在口内存在的方式与固定矫治器相比具有较大的差异。近年来已有多项报道对佩戴隐形矫治器后的口腔微环境与微生物群落的变化做出研究,认为该种矫治器虽然易于维护牙周健康,但在微观层面的报道结论中被指出其可能加速口腔生物膜的附着而成为龋病、牙周病等的风险因素。本文就无托槽隐形矫治器对口腔微生态的影响做一综述,以期为正畸微生态的深入研究提供理论基础和临床指导。

The homeostasis of oral microbiota plays an indispensable role in host health.()ral microbial dysbiosis can lead to common infectious diseases such as caries.endodontic disease.and periodontal disease.Clear aligners are used by more and more patients due to the features of comfort and esthetics,but the way they exist in oral cavity is quite different from fixed appliances.In recent years,many researches have reported the changes in oral microenvironment and microbial community during clear aligner therapy.Most studies suggest clear aligners are more conducive to periodontal health.However,the conclusion of microcosmic investigation points out clear aligners may accelerate the adhesion of oral biofilms,which are a risk factor for diseases such as caries and periodontal disease.In order to provide theoretical basis and clinical guidance for further study of orthodontic microecology.this review paper focuses on the effect of clear aligners on oral microecology.
