我国耐腐蚀雷达吸波涂料的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来各军事强国大力发展舰艇隐身技术,使用雷达吸波涂料是降低舰艇装备雷达散射截面最简单而直接的手段之一,然而雷达吸波涂料在舰艇服役的海洋环境下实际应用效果较差,耐腐蚀性能低下。因此,开发具备优异吸波性能和耐腐蚀性能的雷达吸波涂料具有重要意义。本文着眼于当前耐腐蚀雷达吸波涂料的研究进展,从雷达吸波涂料的耐腐蚀组分和腐蚀失效机理两方面展开了全面论述,通过总结相关技术手段和开发经验,为新型耐腐蚀雷达吸波涂料的研制和工程应用提供指导,进而为提高舰艇隐身性能奠定基础。 In recent years,various military powers are vigorously developing warship stealth technologies,among which the use of radar absorbing coating is one of the simplest and most direct technique to reduce the radar cross section of warship equipment.However,the radar absorbing coatings showed the poor practical application effect in the marine environment where ships are in service,and the anti-corrosion performance was low.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop radar absorbing coatings with excellent radar absorption property and corrosion resistance.Based on the current research progress in the field of corrosion protective radar absorbing coatings,in this paper,a comprehensive discussion on the corrosion resistant components and corrosion failure mechanism of radar absorbing coatings were presented.Then,the relevant technical means and development experience were summarized,which provided guidance for the development and engineering application of new corrosion protective radar absorbing coatings,and laied a foundation for improving the stealth performance of naval vessels.
