以乳酸性酸中毒为突出表现的成人噬血细胞综合征

摘要 免疫系统平衡的改变会对多个组织器官产生不良影响可累及全身各个组织系统,较常见的发生在内分泌系统、造血系统、消化系统,呼吸系统、肌肉骨骼系统、皮肤、泌尿系统、神经和心血管系统,目前在其诊断和管理方面经验较少。一些免疫失衡性疾病可能是全身性、致命的,如噬血细胞综合征[1]。
