白肉灵芝化学成分的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of chemical constituents from Ganoderma lucidum

目的研究多孔菌科灵芝属植物白肉灵芝Ganoderma leucocontextum的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、高压制备色谱、中压制备色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,采用核磁共振波谱、高分辨质谱鉴定化学结构。结果从白肉灵芝70%乙醇提取物中,共分离纯化得到25个化合物,其中,5个脂肪酸类化合物、17个三萜及甾醇化合物、3个酰胺类化合物。结论丰富了白肉灵芝中化学成分种类的信息,为白肉灵芝的质量评价及活性研究提供了物质基础。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Ganoderma leucocontextum from the Polyporaceae Ganoderma Karst.METHODS Silicagel,high pressure preparative chromatography,medium pressure preparative chromatography and recrystallization were used for separation and purification.NMR and high resolution mass spectrometry were used to identify the structures.RESULTS Twenty-five compounds were isolated and purified from 70%ethanol extract of G.leucocontextum,including 5 fatty acids,17 triterpenoids and sterols,and 3 amides.CONCLUSION It has enriched the species information of G.leucocontextum compounds,and provided the basis for quality evaluation and further activity study of G.leucocontextum.
