电感耦合等离子体质谱及原子荧光光谱法测定蓝玉簪龙胆中的28种无机元素 被引量:2

Determination of 28 kinds of inorganic elements in Gentiana veitchiorum by ICP-MS and AFS

摘要 目的采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)及原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定野生蓝玉簪龙胆中28种无机元素的含量。方法样品经微波消解后,采用ICP-MS法测定27种无机元素的含量,AFS法测定汞元素的含量。数据经PASW Statistics 18.0软件分析主成分及相关性。结果28种无机元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.9966),定量限为3×10^(-3)~22.026μg·L^(-1),检测限为1×10^(-3)~6.615μg·L^(-1);精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD均小于8%,平均加样回收率为76.8%~128.1%,RSD=1.20%~9.80%(n=6)。15批蓝玉簪龙胆样品中,含量最高的是钾元素。主成分分析得到7个主成分,累计方差贡献率达92.87%,确定铝、铁、铅、镉、铍、钴、铊、铷、锶、硒等元素为蓝玉簪龙胆的特征元素,且特征元素间存在极显著、显著正相关。结论所用方法操作简便、灵敏度高,为全面认识蓝玉簪龙胆中无机元素的组成,加强质量控制,进一步挖掘其药用价值提供了参考。 OBJECTIVE To determine the 28 kinds of inorganic elements in Gentiana veitchiorum Hemsl.by ICP-MS combined with AFS.METHODS Samples were digested by microwave digestion,the contents of 27 kinds of inorganic elements were determined by ICP-MS,and202Hg was determined by AFS.Principal component and correlation analysis was conducted by using PASW Statistics 18.0 software.RESULTS The linear relationship of 28 kinds of inorganic elements was good with r≥0.9966,the quantitative limit was 3×10^(-3)-22.026μg·L^(-1)and the detection limit was 1×10^(-3)-6.615μg·L^(-1).Relative standard deviations of precision,stability and repeatability tests were less than 8%,average recovery was 76.8%-128.1%,and RSD was 1.20%-9.80%(n=6).27Al was the element with the highest content in 15 batches of G.veitchiorum samples.Seven principal components were obtained by principal component analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 92.87%.It was indicated that ^(27)Al,^(56)Fe,^(208)Pb,^(114)Cd,^(9)Be,^(59)Co,^(205)Tl,^(85)Rb,^(88)Sr,^(77)Se were the characteristic elements of G.veitchiorum,moreover,there are extremely significant and significant positive correlations among characteristic elements.CONCLUSION The method described in this paper is simple and sensitive,which provides a reference for comprehensively understanding the composition of inorganic elements in G.veitchiorum,strengthening quality control and further exploring its medicinal value.
