“畿服理论”和“春秋三世说”对中华民族共同体建设的启示

Inspirations from the Theory of Jifu System and the View of Three Phases to Build the Community for the Chinese Nation

中华优秀传统文化日益成为新时代治国理政的重要思想文化资源。我国自古以来就是一个统一的多民族国家,在关于天下观、中国观、夷夏观、大一统等方面创造出一系列颇具概括力和表现力的观念,如“畿服理论”和“春秋三世说”,分别从空间和时间方面表达了富有鲜明特色的民族融合主张,对我们揭示辽宋西夏金时期在中华民族共同体历史演进过程中所处的重要地位,描述历史上中华民族共同体的发展轨迹,具有重要的借鉴和启迪作用。新时代中国民族史工作者要自觉肩负起新的使命,坚持把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合,构建有中国特色的民族史理论体系,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。

The excellent traditional Chinese culture has increasingly become an important ideological and cultural resource for governing the country in the new era.China has been a unified multi-ethnic country since ancient times,and has created a series of concepts with high generalization and expressiveness in terms of the View of T’ien Hsin,the View of China,the View of Yi&Xia Peoples,and the View of the Great Unification,etc.Among them,the Theory of Jifu and the View of Three Phases respectively express distinctive national integration propositions from the aspects of space and time,and the views reveal to us the important position during the period of Liao,Song,Xixia,and Jin dynasties in the historical evolution of the Chinese national community,and also aid us to bewrite the development trajectory of the Chinese national community in history,therefore,we can get enough important reference and enlightening.Chinese scholars who major in ethnic history in the new era should undertake a new mission consciously,persist in integrating the basic tenets of Marxism with China’s specific conditions and with China’s excellent traditional culture,construct a theoretical system of ethnic history with Chinese features,and forge strongly the sense of the Chinese nation’s community.
