利用强制确定法对某复杂护岸工程的统筹设计

摘要 在海边、河边等建设项目,其护岸工程是防护项目场地上的设备、建筑物等安全的重要结构工程。结合某油品码头后方护岸加固修复工程设计,针对淤泥层较厚、波浪条件差及原结构多样等难点,本文通过分析提出统筹设计的思路,并运用价值工程中的强制确定法比选方案。实践表明,统筹设计思路结合强制确定法所采用的斜坡式抛石加固修复方案不仅经济而且较成功地解决了工程中所面临的技术难点,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴和参考。 As for the projects at the seaside or riverside,the revetment is an important structure that shields equipment and buildings on site.Based on the design of reinforced revetment in rear of an oil product quay,to solve the difficulties such as thicker silt layer,poor wave conditions and diversity in original structures,the idea of overall design is put forward through analysis,and the options are compared and selected by using enforced determination method in value engineering.The practice shows that the inclined riprap reinforcing plan based on overall design idea combined with enforced determination method is economical,successful in solving the technical difficulties,and instructional to similar projects.
