超支化基齿科修复树脂基体的模拟口腔环境下服役性能研究

摘要 为了探究超支化基的有机单体对齿科修复树脂长期服役性能的影响规律,以含有大量双键及刚性苯环基团的改性超支化聚胺-酯(MHPAE)为超支化单体,将其与传统齿科修复材料的有机单体双酚A-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(Bis-GMA)和稀释剂二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯(TEG-DMA)复配,探究非线性改性超支化单体在口腔模拟环境下对纯树脂基体的服役行为影响。结果显示:超支化单体的引入有利于降低树脂的聚合收缩,生物相容性优于对照组,双键转化率稍低于对照组,机械性能与对照组相当,吸水溶解性稍高于对照组。该材料在实际应用领域中有广阔的前景。 In order to explore the effect of hyperbranched organic monomers on the long-term service performance of dental repair resin,modified hyperbranched polyamine-ester(MHPAE)containing a large number of double bonds and rigid phenyl ring groups was used as the hyperbranched monomer.It was mixed with bisphenol A-glycidyl methacrylate(Bis-GMA)and triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(TEGDMA)to explore the effect of nonlinear modified hyperbranched monomer on the service behavior of pure resin matrix in oral simulation environment.The results showed that the introduction of hyperbranched monomer was beneficial to reduce the polymerization shrinkage of resin,biocompatibility was better than those of the control group,the double bond conversion rate was slightly lower than that of the control group,and the mechanical properties were comparable,the water absorption solubility was slightly higher than that of the control group.It has a broad and bright prospect for practical application.
