摘要
本文采用顶空气相色谱法测定聚丙烯熔喷专用料中挥发性有机物(VOCs)含量,通过探索色谱柱和柱温条件确定较佳的色谱条件,采用气质联用法对VOCs组分定性,以丙酮计对总挥发性有机物(TVOC)定量,通过加热平衡时间和加热平衡温度的正交实验确定较佳的顶空进样器条件,通过探索样品颗粒尺寸、称样量等条件确定较佳的样品前处理条件,建立聚丙烯熔喷专用料中VOCs含量的分析方法,此方法精密度相对标准偏差为1.75%,回收率范围为91.36%~105.30%,检出限为1.98μg/g,重复性好,准确度高,能满足聚丙烯熔喷专用料测试的需求。
In this paper,the content of VOCs in polypropylene melt blown special materials is determined by headspace gas chromatography.The better chromatographic conditions were determined by exploring the chromatographic column and column temperature conditions.The VOCs were qualitatively determined by GC-MS,and the total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)were quantitatively measured by acetone.Then,the better headspace sampler conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments of heating equilibrium time and heating equilibrium temperature.The better sample pretreatment conditions were determined by weighing the sample quantity and other conditions.The analytical method for VOCs content in polypropylene melt blown special materials was established.The relative standard deviation of this method was 1.75%,the recovery range was 91.36%~105.30%,and the detection limit was 1.98μg/g,good repeatability and high accuracy,which can meet the requirements of testing polypropylene melt blown special materials.
