2014-2020年全国口腔卫生人力资源发展状况

The development status of oral health human resources in China,2014-2020

目的分析全国口腔卫生人力资源发展情况,为促进口腔卫生人力资源发展提供科学依据。方法采用描述性分析法分析口腔卫生人力资源数量、年龄和工作年限情况,对学历和专业技术资格进行赋值,采用环比增长率和定基比增长率分析口腔人力资源发展状况。结果全国口腔卫生人力资源从2014年的14.05万人增长到了2020年的27.78万人,每万人口口腔人力资源数从2014年的1.03人增长到了2020年的1.97人。年龄以25~44岁为主,工作年限以5~19年为主,学历以大专为主。平均赋值分数从2014年的2.20分上升到了2020年的2.38分;专业技术资格以师级/助理为主,平均赋值分数从2014年的2.19分下降到了2020年的2.12分。结论口腔卫生人力资源增长迅速,但数量仍然不足。口腔卫生人才学历偏低,高级专业技术人员不足,需加强高学历及高级技术人才培养力度。

Objective To analyze the development status of oral health human resources in China,and provide a scientific basis for promoting the development of oral health human resources.Methods Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the number and working years of oral health human resources;the values were assigned to academic qualifications and professional and technical qualifications,and the development of dental human resources was analyzed by using chain growth rates and fixed base growth rates.Results The number of oral health human resources in our country had increased from 140500 in 2014 to 277800in 2020,and the number of oral human resources per 10000 population was increased from 1.03 in 2014 to 1.97 in 2020.The age was mainly between 25 and 44 years,the working seniority was mainly between 5 and 19 years.The education level was mainly junior college,and the average assignment score was increased from 2.20 in 2014 to 2.38 in 2020.Professional and technical qualifications were dominated by residents/assistants,and the average assignment score dropped from 2.19 in 2014 to2.12 in 2020.Conclusion The oral health human resources are growing rapidly,still insufficient.Oral health personnel has low educational background,lack of senior professional and technical personnel,and it needs to strengthen the training of high-level education and senior technical personnel.
