福建省部分核医学SPECT设备质量控制检测结果 被引量:1

Quality control test results of partial nuclear medicine SPECT equipment in Fujian

摘要 目的了解福建省SPECT设备应用质量现状,为加强SPECT设备的质量控制提供数据支持。方法对全省9地市核医学SPECT设备配置情况进行调查,并选取12家医院的13台SPECT设备,按照国家标准要求,使用RGRMS-2012型SPECT质控模体进行质量控制检测,每台设备共检测7个指标,初检不合格的设备经调试后进行复检。结果截至2021年,全省9地市共取得核医学SPECT影像诊断诊疗许可的共有29家医疗机构33台SPECT设备。检测的13台SPECT设备,初检系统平面灵敏度和固有最大计数率合格率为100.0%,固有空间分辨力、断层空间分辨力、全身成像系统空间分辨力合格率为92.3%,固有均匀性和固有空间线性合格率为38.5%;不合格的设备除停止使用的以外,其余经维护调试后复检全部指标均合格。结论必须加强SPECT设备的质量控制,对初检不合格的设备应及时调试并进行复检,以提升在用SPECT设备的性能,更好地满足临床需求,保障患者的健康权益。 Objective To understand the quality status of SPECT equipment application in Fujian province and provide data support for strengthening the quality control of SPECT equipment.Methods The configuration status of nuclear medicine SPECT equipment in 9 cities of Fujian province was investigated.In total,13 SPECT from 12 hospitals were selected to carry out quality control tests,using RGRMS-2012 SPECT quality control phantom according to the requirements of national standard.A total of7 indicators were tested for each device.Unqualified equipment was adjusted and confirmatory tests were carried out.Results There were 33 SPECT devices from 29 medical institutions in 9 cities of Fujian province by the end of 2021.In the initial tests of13 SPECT devices,the qualified rate of the system planar sensitivity and intrinsic maximum counting rate was 100.0%,the qual-ified rate of intrinsic spatial resolution,tomographic spatial resolution and whole-body system spatial resolution was 92.3%,and the qualified rate of intrinsic uniformity and intrinsic spatial linearity was 38.5%.Unqualified devices except the disused ones were all qualified in the confirmatory test after maintenance and adjustment.Conclusion The quality control of SPECT equipment should be strengthened.Unqualified equipment should be adjusted,and confirmatory tests should be carried out in time to improve the performance of SPECT equipment,better meet the clinical needs and protect the health rights of patients.
