基于分布式固体电储热能量转移的电热联合系统优化调度策略 被引量:2

摘要 针对固体电储热(SETS)调度容量受投资成本限制,以及现有分布式固体电储热(DSETS)优化调度方法忽略了不同类型用户能量储存与消耗的时间异步性,导致风电消纳功率减小的问题,提出一种基于DSETS能量转移的电热联合系统优化调度策略。首先,制定电网与DSETS用户之间的调度协议,并对DSETS调度功率实施阶段性电价补贴,增加SETS入网容量。其次,根据调度协议偏差阈值提出等值和增值能量转移策略:等值能量转移,当调度协议偏差阈值为0时,调度转移的DSETS功率约束等于用户需求功率;增值能量转移,当调度协议偏差阈值大于0时,调度转移DSETS功率约束大于用户需求功率,超出用户需求部分的存储热能用于辅助热网调节。最后,利用仿真算例验证所提策略的有效性,与传统DSETS分时电价调度策略相比,所提等值能量转移和增值能量转移调度策略的弃风率分别减小0.5%和1.05%。 The scheduling capacity of solid electric thermal storage(SETS) is limited by investment costs, and the time asynchronism of energy storage and consumption of different types of customers is ignored in the existing optimal scheduling methods of distributed solid electric thermal storage(DSETS), which leads to the reduction of wind power accommodation. An optimal scheduling strategy of combined electricity and heat systems based on the energy transfer of DSETS is proposed. Firstly, the scheduled protocol between the power grid and DSETS customers was formulated, and periodic price subsidies were implemented for DSETS schedule power to increase the capacity of SETS. Secondly, according to the deviation threshold of the scheduled protocol, the equivalent and value-added energy transfer strategies were proposed: equivalent energy transfer indicates that the deviation threshold of the scheduled protocol is zero, the DSETS power constraint of the scheduled transfer is equal to the customer required power;value-added energy transfer indicates that the deviation threshold of the scheduled protocol is greater than zero, the DSETS power constraint of the scheduled transfer is greater than the customer required power. The stored heat energy in excess of customer demand was used to assist the heat network adjustment. Finally, the simulation example was used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. Compared with the traditional time-of-use price strategy, the wind power curtailment rate of the proposed equivalent and value-added energy transfer schedule strategy is reduced by 0.5% and 1.05%, respectively.
