含低值可回收物的资源回收体系构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 在生活垃圾“四分法”的背景下,许多城市都拥有专门的餐厨、危废、焚烧发电、建筑垃圾资源化等多种末端处置设施,但可回收物作为城市生活垃圾分类重要组成部分,尤其是低值部分,先分后混、资源化程度低等问题长期存在,直接影响城市生活垃圾分类的整体效果。含低值可回收物在内的再生资源回收体系构建,可助力建立规范有序的资源循环体系,是补齐生活垃圾分类链条,促进生活垃圾减量化、资源化的重要举措。基于北京市可回收物现状调研及怀柔区再生资源分拣中心前期经验,提出一套行之有效的资源回收体系构建思路,填补相关研究空白。 Under the background of the "quartering method" of domestic waste, many cities have special terminal treatment facilities for kitchen waste,hazardous waste,power generation by incineration,construction waste and so on.However, as an important part of the classification of urban domestic waste, recyclable materials, especially low value components, have long existed such problems as separation before mixing, and low degree of recycling, which directly affect the overall effect of urban domestic waste classification. The construction of resource recyling system including low value recyclable waste can help establish a standardized and orderly resource recycling system, and is an important measure to complement the domestic waste classification chain and promote the reduction and recycling of domestic waste. Based on the investigation of the current situation of recyclable materials in Beijing and the early experience of Huairou District Recycable Resources Sorting Center, this paper proposed a set of effective ideas for building a resource recycling system which contribute the relevant research.
