我国重力粗粒预选抛废工艺技术研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 金属非金属矿石资源是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础资源,成熟、高效的粗粒预选抛废技术是实现我国大量贫、杂、细、薄、散矿石资源高效、低成本、绿色开发的有力手段。为了推动重力粗粒预选抛废技术的合理应用,在简述了重力粗粒预选抛废意义的基础上,分析了常用重力粗粒预选抛废设备重介质旋流器和跳汰机的工作原理及优缺点,详细介绍了锂、钨、锰、铁、磷等单一矿石和铜铅锌锡钽铌等多金属矿石的重力粗粒预选抛废技术研究与实践情况,最后就全面、准确、系统地确定抛废程度给出了建议。 Metallic and nonmetallic ore resources are crucial foundation resource for national economy and society development. Mature and high-efficient coarse grained pre-selection discarding technology is a powerful method to achieve highly efficient,low cost,green development for large amount ores resources in China with characteristics of poor,complex,fine,thin and loose. In order to promote the rational application of pre-selection discarding technology for coarse grain with gravity,aiming at common gravity coarse preconcentration and waste disposal equipment,the working principle,advantages and disadvantages of heavy media cyclone and jigging machine of were analyzed based on the brief introduction of the significance of gravity coarse preconcentration and waste disposal. The technology research and practice situation of gravity coarse pre-separation and waste disposal for single ores such as lithium,tungsten,manganese,iron and phosphorus and polymetallic ores such as copper,lead,zinc,tin,tantalum and niobium are introduced in detail. Finally,some suggestions are given for determining the waste disposal degree comprehensively,accurately and systematically.
