预控顶上向水平进路嗣后充填法在赵案庄铁矿的应用 被引量:2

摘要 赵案庄铁矿矿体及围岩节理裂隙发育,岩体破碎松散,属于极不稳固矿岩,原上向水平分层胶结充填采矿法难以满足当前生产要求。在对赵案庄铁矿工程地质条件及开采技术条件充分研究的基础上,探索出适用于赵案庄铁矿开采技术条件的预控顶上向水平进路嗣后充填采矿法,并给出了相应开采工艺和技术参数。现场试验表明,该方法安全高效且满足低贫化损失开采要求,支护工程量减少了2/3,采矿成本降低了13.39元/t,获得了良好的经济效益。 The ore body and surrounding rock cleavage cracks of Zhaoanzhuang Iron Mine are devel⁃oped,and the rock mass is broken and loose,which belongs to extremely unstable ore rock.The original upward horizontal layered cemented filling mining method is difficult to meet the current production re⁃quirements.Based on the full study of the engineering geological conditions and mining technical condi⁃tions of Zhaoanzhuang Iron Mine,the pre-controlled top upward horizontal entry subsequent filling mining method suitable for the mining technical conditions of Zhaoanzhuang Iron Mine was explored,and the cor⁃responding mining technology and technical parameters were given.The field test shows that the method is safe and efficient and meets the requirements of low dilution loss mining.The amount of support engineer⁃ing is reduced by 2/3,and the mining cost is reduced by 13.39 yuan/t,which has achieved good economic benefits.
