WK-10C型电铲铲斗失控分析及对策

摘要 朱兰铁矿采场进行生产作业的WK-10C型电铲铲斗频繁出现自行下落的现象,引发了数起铲斗损坏高压供电电缆及矿用汽车挡板的设备事故。为了从根本上避免该问题,对电铲及其作业流程进行深入调查,确定了造成铲斗制动失灵的根本原因是提升机构压气系统排气受阻。针对此故障,制定了加装气路调压阀的改进方案。方案实施后,制动系统抱闸响应迅速,能及时有效地完成铲斗制动过程,电铲故障率明显降低。 The WK-10C electric shovel buckets used in the stope of Zhulan Iron Mine fall down by themselves frequently,which causes several accidents that the buckets damage the high voltage power supply cables and the mine car baffles. In order to fundamentally avoid this problem,the shovel and its operation process in-depth investigation. It is determined that the root cause of bucket braking failure is that the exhaust of the compressor system of lifting mechanism is blocked. In view of this fault,the improvement scheme of adding gas pressure regulating valve is formulated. After the implementation of the scheme,the braking system responds quickly,and the bucket braking process can be completed in time and effectively,and the failure rate of the shovel is significantly reduced.
