静力水准在采动区建筑物变形监测与预警中的应用

摘要 煤矿开采会影响其上方建筑物的稳定性,变形监测是保障建筑物安全的重要技术手段。针对几何水准测量劳动强度大、难以实现实时变形预警的难题,以运河煤矿工作面上方煤仓变形监测为例,采用静力水准自动化测量方法,在煤仓上安置静力水准仪,远程自动采集监测点沉降。结果表明,静力水准能实现建筑物沉降、倾斜的自动化、实时监测,大幅度提高了建筑物变形监测、预警技术水平,切实保障了采动区建筑物的安全运营。 Coal mining will affect the stability of the buildings above it. Deformation monitoring is an important technical means to ensure the safety of buildings. In view of the difficult problem that the geometric leveling is labor intensive and difficult to realize real-time deformation early warning,taking the deformation monitoring of the coal bunker above the working face of Yunhe Coal Mine as an example,the static leveling automatic measurement method is adopted,the static level is installed on the coal bunker,and the settlement of the monitoring points is automatically collected remotely. The results show that static leveling can realize automatic and real-time monitoring of building settlement and inclination,greatly improve the technical level of building deformation monitoring and early warning,and effectively ensure the safe operation of buildings in mining areas.
