摘要
攀枝花某钛铁矿选矿厂回水中的Fe、Ca和Mg离子与捕收剂反应产生沉淀,捕收剂被消耗,导致浮选效果变差。为解决该问题,在完成沉淀分析、水质硬度分析的基础上进行了一系列捕收剂溶液配制用水对浮选效果影响试验。结果表明,回水的硬度较清水高,随着捕收剂溶液浓度的增大,回水中的Fe、Ca和Mg离子会被捕收剂消耗;通过提高捕收剂配制浓度、用EDTA对回水进行预处理以及对回水作碱化处理,可以改善回水配制捕收剂溶液对钛铁矿浮选效果的影响。
The Fe,Ca,and Mg ions in the backwater of an ilmenite concentrator in Panzhihua reacted with the collector to produce precipitation,and the collector was consumed,resulting in poor flotation results.In order to solve the problem,a series of experiments about influence of water prepared by collector on flotation effect were carried out based on the analysis of precipitation and water hardness.The results showed that the hardness of the backwater was higher than that of the clear water,and the Fe,Ca,and Mg ions in the backwater would be consumed by the collector with the increasing of concentration of the collector solution.The effect of collector prepared by backwater on the flotation effect of ilmenite could be improved by increasing the concentration of the collector preparation,pretreating the backwater with EDTA and alkalizing the backwater.
