摘要
某选矿厂为实现节能降耗目标,通过工业试验探索了纳米陶瓷球替代二段磨矿钢球的可能性。结果表明,使用纳米陶瓷球大比例替换钢球,可以有效降低电耗、球耗,同时提高磨矿系统处理量和磨矿分级效果,且未显示负面影响;年仅节电节球效益就高达339.8万元。因此,用陶瓷球替换钢球作为二段磨矿主要磨矿介质是可行的,为其他类似矿山提供了借鉴。
In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction in a concentrator,the possibility of replacing steel ball with nano ceramic ball in the second stage grinding was explored through industrial tests. The results showed that replacing steel balls with nano ceramic balls in large proportion can effectively reduce power consumption and ball consumption,and improve the processing capacity of grinding system and grinding classification effect,without showing negative effects. The annual benefit of saving electricity and ball is as high as 3.398 million yuan. Therefore,it is feasible to replace steel ball with ceramic ball as the main grinding medium in the second stage grinding,which provides a reference for other similar mines.
