为了交流安徽龙桥矿业股份有限公司在应用HP500型破碎机上的心得体会,在介绍了选矿厂碎矿系统流程及HP500型破碎机的结构特点、工作原理的基础上,剖析了现场HP500型破碎机的常见故障及排除,最后系统地介绍了现场的技术改造心得。通过对HP500型破碎机生产运行过程中存在问题的分析、总结及改造,有力地保障了生产任务的完成,大大减少了维修时间,节约了生产成本,提高了设备的使用效率,实现了降本增效的目标。

In order to exchange the experience of Anhui Longqiao Mining Co.,Ltd. in the application of HP500 crusher,the common faults and elimination of the HP500 crusher on site is analyzed on the basis of introducing the process flow of the crushing system in the concentrator and the structural characteristics and working principle of the HP500 crusher. In the end,the technical transformation experience of the site is systematically introduced. Through the analysis,summary and transformation of the problems existing in the production and operation of the HP500 crusher,the completion of the production task is effectively guaranteed,which greatly reduced the maintenance time,saved the production cost,and improved the use efficiency of the equipment. Thus,the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement was realized.
