矿山开采依山体修建转运场的现象十分普遍,为了实现和尚桥铁矿干选厂转运场的高效、安全运转,针对自卸矿车卸料作业过程中存在易倾覆、推排作业效率低、粉尘污染严重和架头工作业环境恶劣等问题,自主开发了一种自卸矿车安全智能卸料平台。该智能平台通过设置卸料平台、限位挡墙、标志杆、传感器、指示信号灯、配重坨、喷雾抑尘装置等系统,达到了安全可靠、投入少、经久耐用、移动安装快捷、施工期短、低耗抑尘效果,对类似露天作业矿山具有普遍借鉴意义。

It is very common to build transfer yard near mountain in mining.In order to realize the efficient and safe operation of the transfer yard in the dry separation plant of Heshangqiao Iron Mine,a safe and intelligent unloading platform for the dumper truck was developed independently in the view of the problems such as easy overturning,low efficiency of pushing and discharging,serious dust pollution and poor working environment of the rack head.The intelligent platform achieve the effect including safe and reliable,low cost,durable,fast moving installation,short construction period,low power in dust suppression.by setting the discharging platform,limit retaining wall,mark pole,sensors,indicating lights,counterweight lump,spray dust suppression device system.The research has a universal significance for mine using similar open assignments.
