摘要
针对原生产地质取样方法存在安全风险大、难度高、频次低、劳动强度大等问题,结合张庄铁矿井下生产实际,根据采矿方法特点,提出了基于炮孔钻屑的生产地质取样方法。该方法包括样品采集、制备、分析以及品位贫化理论预测等过程,具有易于操作、取样时间短以及节约矿产资源等优势。经过实践,该方法相比原生产地质取样方法具有更好的成效,提高了采场矿石控制程度。
Aiming at the problems of high safety risk,high difficulty,low frequency and high labor intensity in the original production geological sampling method,combined with the underground production practice of Zhangzhuang Iron Mine,according to the characteristics of mining method,a production geological sampling method based on blasthole drilling cuttings is proposed. The method includes sample collection,preparation,analysis and grade dilution theory prediction,which has the advantages of easy operation,short sampling time and saving mineral resources. Through practice,this method has better results than the original production geological sampling method,and improves the control degree of stope ore.
