摘要
目的 比较新型组织标记液与亚甲蓝在大鼠皮下标记的效果。方法 选取20只大鼠设自身左右背部对照,左侧背部为观察组,注入新型组织标记液,右侧背部为对照组,注入亚甲蓝注射液。观察并比较两组标记时、标记后第3天、第7天标记点的色素分值和色素沉着面积。结果 观察组标记时与标记后比较,各时间点色素分值和色素沉着面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组标记后第3天、第7天的色素分值较标记时有明显下降(F=251.29,P<0.01),色素沉着面积较标记前明显增大(F=383.12, P<0.01);观察组标记后第3天、第7天色素分值分别高于同时间点对照组(F=3.57, P<0.01;F=5.34,P<0.01);色素沉着面积则分别小于同时间点对照组(F=0.21,P<0.01:F=0.003, P<0.01)。结论 新型组织标记液在大鼠皮下标记效能较亚甲蓝集中度高,颜色不易扩散,短时间内不消退。
Objective Comparison of novel tissue labeling solution with methylene blue for subcutaneous labeling in rats. Methods Twenty rats were selected and set up their own left and right controls, with the left dorsal side as the observation group, injected with the new tissue labeling solution, and the right side as the control group, injected with dorsal methylene blue injection. The pigmentation scores and pigmentation areas of the labeled sites at the time of labeling, day 3 and day 7 after labeling were observed and compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, there was no statistically significant difference in the pigmentation fraction and pigmentation area at each time point after labeling compared with that at the time of labeling(P>0.05);in the control group, the pigmentation fraction on day 3 and day 7 after labeling decreased significantly compared with that at the time of labeling(F=251.29, P<0.01), and the pigmentation area increased significantly compared with that before labeling(F=383.12, P<0.01). The pigmentation fraction on day 3 and day 7 after labeling was higher than that of the control group at the same time point(F=3.57,P<0.01;F=5.34, P<0.01), while the pigmentation area was smaller than that of the control group at the same time point(F=0.21, P<0.01;F=0.003, P<0.01). Conclusion The new tissue labeling solution has higher concentration of subcutaneous labeling than methylene blue in rat, and the color does not spread easily and does not fade in a short period of time.
