300m级超高心墙堆石坝接触黏土施工工艺研究

摘要 两河口水电站建坝河谷为狭窄、陡峭的岩石岸坡,坝基岸坡浇筑1m厚的盖板混凝土,为避免大坝与盖板混凝土接触界面处可能发生的较大剪切错位变形,设计在接触界面处设置了柔性较好和适应变形能力较强的接触黏土,接触黏土必须具备良好的塑性和黏性、良好的抗渗变形能力。接触黏土施工质量的好坏对300m级超高心墙堆石坝防渗、变形稳定及确保工程安全至关重要,本文主要介绍其施工工艺及质量控制方法。 The valley where Lianghekou Hydropower Station is built is a narrow and steep rock bank slope.The dam foundation bank slope is poured with 1m thick cover plate concrete.In order to avoid large shearing displacement deformation that may occur at the contact interface between the dam and the cover plate concrete,contact clay with good flexibility and strong adaptability to deformation is designed at the contact interface.The contact clay must have good plasticity and viscosity,and good impermeability and deformation resistance.The construction quality of contact clay is very important for seepage prevention,deformation stability and engineering safety of 300m super high core rockfill dam.This paper mainly introduces its construction technology and quality control methods.
