摘要
针对张河湾抽水蓄能电站存在的厂房振动问题,对发电工况和水泵工况下的厂房与机组振动和压力脉动信号进行了分析,确定了引起厂房振动问题的原因是由于无叶区动静干涉引发厂房局部共振所导致,提出并实施了转轮和导叶更换解决方案,转轮和导叶更换后无叶区压力脉动大幅减少,厂房振动控制在可接受的水平上。案例经验在国内乃至国外的抽水蓄能电站均为首次,可为类似抽水蓄能电站厂房振动问题提供参考,同时也对大型水泵水轮机的水力设计有着重要的借鉴作用。
On the powerhouse vibration problems of the Zhanghewan pumped-storage power station,the powerhouse vibration and pressure pulsation signals were analyzed under power generation and pumping conditions. It was determined that the powerhouse vibration problem was due to powerhouse resonance with rotor-stator interaction induced pressure pulsation in the vaneless zone. The runner and guide vane replacement solution was proposed and implemented.After the runner and guide vane were replaced,the pressure pulsation of the vaneless zone was greatly reduced,the powerhouse vibration was controlled at an acceptable level. The case experience is the first in domestic and even foreign pumped-storage power plants,which can provide a reference for vibration problems of similar pumpedstorage power plants,and it also provides an important reference for the hydraulic design of large-scale pump turbines.
