摘要 为提高煤矿冲击地压监测预警水平,对国家能源集团新疆能源有限责任公司下属矿井冲击地压监测预警现状进行分析,提出多参量集成监测预警平台本地化建设方案。该平台基于B/S架构并采用工业互联网平台,包含应用服务平台、物联网平台、大数据平台、运维平台4个模块,具备监测预警一张图、实时监测、综合预警、报表系统、设备管理、语音报警等功能,且融合了冲击地压多系统多参量监测预警指标体系和多参量集成预警模型。平台本地化建设实现了数据信息的监测、挖掘、融合分析和可视化呈现,可进行微震、地音、应力等监测数据的深度研判和危险预警的智能发布,多参量集成预警模型大幅度提高了预警效率和效果,为矿山冲击地压灾害防控提供了决策依据。 In order to improve the level of rock burst monitoring and early warning in coal mines,the current situation of rock burst monitoring and early warning in mines affiliated to Xinjiang Energy Co.,Ltd.,CHN Energy was analyzed,and the local construction scheme of multi-parameter integrated monitoring and early warning platform was put forward.The platform is based on B/S architecture and adopts Industrial Internet platform,including four modules of application service platform,Internet of Things platform,big data platform,operation and maintenance platform.It is equipped with monitoring and warning chart,real-time monitoring,comprehensive warning,report system,equipment management,voice alarm and other functions,and it integrates multi-system and multi-parameter monitoring and early warning index system and multi-parameter integrated warning model of rock burst.The local construction of the platform realizes the monitoring,mining,fusion analysis and visual presentation of data information,which can carry out in-depth research and judgment of monitoring data such as microseismic,ground sound and stress,and intelligent release of risk warning.The multi-parameter integrated early warning model greatly improves the efficiency and effect of early warning,and provides a decision basis for rock burst disaster prevention and control in mines.
